Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a deposit is mandatory before the session. Alternatively, you can pay the full amount to secure your reservation. However, failing to pay the deposit or the full amount will result in the cancellation of your reservation for that particular day and time slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please inform us within 24 hours. However, if you cannot cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, a $60 cancellation fee will be applied. Regarding payment, it’s crucial to make the full payment 3 days before your session. This is mandatory if you opted for the pay-the-deposit route. By paying in full, you’ll secure your booking and be covered for your session. However, if you’re unable to make the payment by the due date, please inform us as soon as possible. If the payment remains outstanding on the day of the session, your session will be canceled, and you’ll be required to pay the full amount to reschedule. Punctuality is crucial for your shoot. If you anticipate being late, please inform us at least 30 minutes or an hour in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in a $20 late fee. If you fail to inform us about your lateness, your session will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. Please note that no-shows will result in the cancellation of your session, and you will be unable to book with me in the future. Thank you for your cooperation.
